Chef Egg Live: Steak House Dinner Join Chef Egg as he teaches you the tips and tricks to preparing your very own steakhouse dinner. You will learn how to pick, season, sear and butter baste the perfect "buthcher cut" steak. We will also create homemade caesar dressing, hasselbeck roasted potatoes and silky smooth Marsala Zabagloine for dessert.  Menu Ceasar Salad with Fresh Caesar Dressing Roasted Hasselbeck Potatoes, Cheese and Bacon Butter Basted Chuck Delmonico Steak w/ Chimichurri Marsala Zabaglione with Berries - This is a hands on class with lots of food to eat.  - All ages event w/ BYOB 21+  - Street parking is available  - Please wear attire appropriate for cooking, long hair tied back and little jewelry. - Upon the purchase of tickets, ticket holders realease and hold harmeless Chef Egg (Chef Egg LLC) and the facility (Blue Moon Cafe) of any liability and are not responsible for accidents, injuries or incidents that take place during the event.
