The Living Well Center for Social and Economic Vibrancy welcomes you to an epic healing event for the entire community! Mindfullness is an ever growing modalitity for those who seek sanctuary and balance during times of stress. Practices such a Chi Qong and Yoga have shown to help people to heal and connect with themselves and one another in a welcoming environment.  Please join us for two wonderful classes with two amazing instructors who have a passion for what they do. All fitness levels and ages are welcomed to join us in the family friendly environment.  10:30-11:30am Yoga with Michelle Stafford Yoga is a system of physical, spiritual, and mental practices or disciplines designed for overall health and wellness.  12-1pm  Qigong with Dr. Bridal Pearson:  Qigong, qi gong, chi kung, or chi gung (simplified Chinese: 气功; traditional Chinese: 氣功; pinyin: qìgōng; Wade–Giles: chi gong; literally: "Life Energy Cultivation") is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. Please be advised that photos will be taken during this event, this includes children. We ask that you be wear family friendly attire.
